Electricity Rate Info
Daily & weekly rates include electricity.
Monthly: $200 electricity deposit required upon move-in. Monthly campers are responsible for personal electricity consumption based on the site’s monthly meter read. (Refund of electricity deposit is dependent upon status of electricity consumption upon move-out). No refunds or pro-rated rent is given.
Note: All new pad sites will require tenant to provide their own 30/50amp GFCI receptacle to protect both the trailer and our new electrical system.
